Initially LV Remodel and Construction built $2 million custom homes on the South Shore of Lake Las Vegas. In 2002, the Primack’s made a lateral shift within the real estate industry to focus on remodeling and home improvement. Later, Brett expanded his focus to commercial tenant improvements. To maximize the value to his clients, Primack assembled a team of experienced strategic partners, including civil engineers, surveyors, architectural and zoning consultants, and geotechnical engineers.
Brett is involved in a variety of community and social services organizations. He serves as Vice-President of Congregation Ner Tamid, a 2006 graduate of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Las Vegas program and a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. He also serves on the executive council of the Las Vegas chapter of the American Israeli Political Action Committee.
Brett graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Pitzer College in Claremont, Calif., and is a Dale Carnegie graduate
