For more than 40 years, Jordie Primack has been shaping real estate opportunities through his vision, experience, collaboration and extensive knowledge of the market. His positive influence on the Las Vegas valley’s landscape continues as managing member and co- owner of Primack Family Companies, a Henderson-based residential, commercial real estate and land development company. Now retired from a licensed general contractor of more than 30 years, Jordie has built more than 2,500 residential units and developed in excess of 3,000 residential and commercial sites.
Jordie was taught the “art” of remodeling by both his Grandfather Louis and Dad, Joe, during the 50’s and 60’s in Brooklyn, New York, and the surrounding four other boroughs of Manhattan, as well as Long Island, and neighboring Connecticut. As time progressed, Jordie continued his remodeling, custom homes and real estate development under the teachings of his Dad, in Colorado. After 23 years in all phases of remodeling, new construction and development, his experience included 15 years as the head of PWP Homes in Colorado,
Jordan led senior management teams of major real estate developers in Southern Nevada as the founding President of Richmond American Homes of Nevada, a wholly owned subsidiary of MDC Holdings Inc., a New York Stock Exchange Company, reporting directly to the board of directors. Additionally, Jordan was vice president of land development for the American Nevada Corporation, developer of several of the most prominent master planned communities in the United States. Jordan served as president of another local home building and development company.
He has been recognized for his work by numerous organizations and was named Builder of the Year in 1992 by the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors and the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Denver in 1981.
