This Sun City Anthem home’s main bathroom had a thorough redesign to provide our clients with their perfect space. We framed in a portion of their existing window, removed the shower stall and drop-in tub, and built them a large walk-in shower. Bedrosians Marfil Crema was used for their shower walls, and Marazzi Crystal Stone II Espresso strip was used for their accent strip and niches. For a natural feel, they chose Bedrosians Hemisphere Kona Flat Pebble for their shower floor. For accessibility, we installed their Pfister Kenzo diverter at the front of the shower, with their Pfister Kenzo shower head and handheld at the back of the shower. Due to the length of their shower and placement of fixtures, we walled off their shower with a custom, 3/8th inch thick glass panel. For their new vanity, they went with Sollid Shaker in Espresso with a granite Juparana St Cecilia countertop and matching mirrors. For a pop of color, they chose Solera glass vessel sinks with open Pfister Kenzo Vessel Faucets. We installed their custom light fixtures and upgraded their flooring to a Barcelona LVT.
