This beautiful Sun City Anthem master bathroom went through a full remodel, including the shower, the tub, the vanity, and the toilet. We started by installing Arizona Tile Pietra Italia White 12”x24” with Frost #5077 grout throughout the master bathroom, water closet, and master closet areas. We moved on to framing the large, new walk-in shower and waterproofing the space. From there, we installed the customer’s choice of Daltile Famed Diamond Polished 12”x24” tiles throughout the shower walls and shampoo recess. For the shower floor, we used Arizona Tile Pietra Italia White R11 12”x24” tiles. The customer wanted the plumbing fixtures to be in the color “champagne bronze”, so we matched the drain, as well. In that same color, we used the Delta Lahara line for the shower trim, diverter, shower head, handheld shower, and the accessories. We designed this custom vanity layout with Dura Supreme Highland Panel Hickory AllSpice Satin with full overlay and a five piece drawer front. To match the other hardware, we used Richelieu BP226544-CHBRZ handles for the cabinets. We could not get over how gorgeous the Daltile One Quartz Calacatta Odyssey countertop with a flat demi bullnose looked to cap off the vanity. We installed two white undermount rectangular sinks 20”x15” with the matching Delta Lahara Champagne Bronze widespread faucets. The owner supplied us with the mirrors to install. To finish the project, we added the Gatco Designer II 22.5” glass shelf with brushed brass hardware. The customer was thrilled with the final outcome of their remodel.
