This Green Valley Ranch remodel began with a complete demolition of the primary bathroom, removing the existing tub, shower surrounds, countertops, flooring, and plumbing fixtures to make way for a refined, modern retreat.
Reconstruction focused on creating an expanded, spa-inspired shower, thoughtfully framed with additional backing to support a custom shampoo niche, built-in shower bench, towel bars, and grab bars. New backer boards and full waterproofing were installed throughout the space, along with trenching for a sleek linear drain system that enhances both function and visual appeal.
The shower is finished with Arizona Tile’s Metalwood Argento 12”x24” tile, delivering the warmth of a wood-look aesthetic with the durability and performance of porcelain. The shower floor features Arizona Tile’s CS Calacatta Gris Multi Finish tile, adding contrast, texture, and a touch of understated luxury. Existing cabinetry was refinished in Sherwin-Williams Gris (SW 7659), grounding the space in a sophisticated, contemporary palette.
Final touches completed the transformation, including satin nickel cabinet hardware, Moen satin nickel plumbing fixtures and accessories, custom shower glass, a fresh coat of paint, and new flooring with MSI’s Trecento Carrara Avell luxury vinyl tile. The result is a beautifully balanced bathroom that blends modern design, premium materials, and everyday comfort.
