This master bathroom remodel in Summerlin began with a complete demolition of the existing shower surrounds, bench, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, and flooring, creating a blank canvas for a thoughtfully curated, spa-inspired transformation.
Reconstruction centered around a newly framed shower, designed to incorporate a custom shampoo niche and built-in bench for both comfort and functionality. After comprehensive waterproofing, the shower was finished with MSI’s Kaya Zermatta Bianca 12”x24” matte tile on three walls and the ceiling, creating a clean, cohesive backdrop. A full accent wall of Arizona Tile’s Glam Blue subway tile introduces a bold yet elegant focal point, while the shower floor features MSI’s Grigio Mix penny round tile for added texture and visual interest.
The space is anchored by custom Koch Cabinetry finished in a bespoke Sherwin-Williams color (SW 6244), featuring soft-close doors and polished chrome hardware, and topped with MSI’s Statuary Classique quartz countertops for a timeless, high-end finish. A freestanding soaking tub, thoughtfully positioned at an angle, serves as a striking design element and an inviting place to unwind.
Final details complete the space, including a custom glass shower enclosure, chrome Moen plumbing fixtures, and MSI’s Eden Dolomite 12”x24” matte tile flooring, resulting in a luxurious primary bathroom that blends elevated design, premium materials, and everyday comfort.
