Fireplace
For their new fireplace wall, we upgraded their existing fireplace to a Heat n Glo Simplifire electric linear fireplace with Arizona Tile 3D Mesh Mount Sacbos Split tiles for the fireplace surrounds. Their new mantle is from Showplace cabinetry and is cherry wood in a Tawny stain.
Main Bath
We kept the existing layout for their main bathroom and updated the space throughout. We removed the existing drop-in tub and replaced it with a custom, freestanding tub. Central Cabinets in Coco Bay were used for their new vanity with a Della Terra quartz Seashell countertop and Richelieu handles and knobs. The original walk-thru shower was removed and replaced with an oversized walk-in shower. The shower walls are polished MSI Venato Sand tile with Arizona Tile Flat Pebble Warm Bland for the shower floor and niches. The excessive length of their new shower allowed them to forgo a glass enclosure, giving them a true walk-in experience. The fixtures throughout were upgraded to Kohler Kelston fixtures in brushed nickel. Their new main bathroom was complete with new Arizona Tile Pietra Italian Beige flooring.
Jack and Jill Bath
The existing Jack and Jill bathroom layout worked well for them, but they wanted everything updated to match the rest of their home. We removed the existing shower and tub combo and built them a walk-in shower. The shower walls were tiled with Dal-Tile Artigiamo in Tremiti Sand. For the shower floor and niche, they wanted a pop of color, so they chose Bedrosian Kona Sand Pebbles. Due to limited space, they chose a custom, 1/4-inch thick bypass shower door with oil-rubbed bronze hardware. To match the vanity in their main bathroom, they went with Central Cabinets in Coco Bay with a Della Terra Quartz Seashell countertop and Richelieu handles and knobs. The fixtures throughout were upgraded to Kohler Devonshire fixtures in oil-rubbed bronze. We removed the large, oversized mirror and replaced it with two custom LED mirrors which helped brighten up the space. To complete this updated bathroom, we replaced the original flooring with American Olean Theoretical Ideal Beige floor tile.
Hall Bath
Their hall bathroom received a full update as well. We removed the original shower stall and built a walk-in shower in its place. With the shower being on the smaller size, they chose to go with lighter materials. For the shower walls, they chose Arizona Tile Themar Crema Marfil, and for the shower floor and niche, they went with Arizona Tile Flat Pebble Warm Blend. Their shower enclosure is a custom, 3/8th inch thick glass enclosure with polished nickel hardware. They chose Central Cabinets White Shaker cabinets in white with a quartz Della Terra Seashell countertop and custom Richelieu hardware for their new vanity. The original flooring was removed and replaced with Dal Haut Monde Leisure Beige floor tiles. Their fixtures throughout were upgraded to Kohler Riff fixtures in brushed nickel.
