Client : Anserville

Scope : Whole Home Remodel

Project Date : 2025

Project Description

In this beautiful Anthem Country Club home remodel we did the Kitchen, Powder Bathroom and flooring in multiple rooms. Starting in the kitchen we removed the existing cabinets, countertops, backsplash, sink, faucet, garbage disposal, double oven and cook top. We added framing for the new pony wall island and additional framing to accommodate a new pocket door. We installed a new Arizona Tile Bio Attitude Cotton 8”x48” tile  grouted with Ivory. For new cabinets we used Koch Classic Savannah 15 Birch Almond Satin with 5 Piece Drawer Fronts equipped with soft close drawers. These cabinets showcase 2 glass doors and a wine holder. Accenting the cabinets we used LED undercabinet lights with a dimmable remote. We installed a brand new MSI Calacatta Leon at all countertop locations with an 18” overhang at the island supported by brackets. The backsplash is a beautiful 3×8 Fishscale Glossy from Tile Bar. Plumbing finishes included a new Ruvati Verona farmhouse 33” sink including a cutting board, colander, basket strainer, and sink grid. We installed a brand new Crue Semi-Professional Single Hole Kitchen Faucet in stainless with a Kohler air gap. We also installed a new Moen ¾ HP garbage disposal and a Kohler Air switch with a stainless button.

Moving onto the powder bathroom we started with removing the existing pedestal sink, faucet, mirror, light fixture, toilet, accessories and exhaust fan. We used the same cabinets and countertops from the kitchen and installed a new MSI undermounted rectangular sink. We installed a new Toto Drake Chair Height Toilet, Broan Cover exhaust fan, Delta Trinsic Stainless towel ring and toilet paper holder. For the flooring we started with removing the existing tile and baseboards. We installed Arizona Tile’s Bio Attitude cotton 8”x48” tile from front to back throughout the whole first floor. We also installed new baseboards that had a similar look to the originals.
