The existing layout worked well for this client, so they chose to upgrade materials throughout to give them their ideal main bathroom. The shower stall was removed, and in its place, we built a large walk-in shower. They chose Arizona Tile Cosmic Ivory for the shower walls, which were also used for the tub surrounds. We removed the original corner tub and replaced it with a more functional Kohler Underscore drop-in tub. Their vanity was upgraded to a Showplace Lancaster vanity in soft cream satin with a quartz Della Terra Seashell countertop, which was also used for the tub backsplash. The fixtures throughout this main bath were upgraded to Delta Linden fixtures in chrome. For the shower floor, they chose Arizona Tile Aequa Tur in a 2”x2” mosaic, which they also chose for their main bath flooring, but in a larger tile. They also upgraded their new flooring by installing Schluter Heat to give them their new heated floors. We removed the original, wood-framed medicine cabinets and replaced them with new, modern Kohler medicine cabinets and custom light fixtures.
