Bathroom
This remodel features new Showplace cabinets, quartz countertops with a vessel sink, and a Delta faucet. We updated the mirror and lighting fixture system. A 4’ high wainscoting was used throughout the entire bathroom and water closet. The existing tub and shower were removed, and we created one giant 10’ by 5’ shower. The tile used in the shower is a 12X24 Polish tile laid in a vertical pattern from the ceiling to the floor, also covering the custom oversized bench. Within the shower, we have added two additional valves for the Delta Versa series, handhelds placed on either side of the oversized bench. We installed the Delta Versa series rain showerhead at the original valve position. A mosaic hexagon material with a wood look, called Crosswood, was used for the shower floor. For this remodel, we did not utilize a shower door; instead, a 4’ by 7’ glass shower panel with a crossbeam for support. New flooring and recessed can lighting continued from the bathroom to the bedroom.
