Kitchen
The kitchen in this Green Valley home was remodeled to bring it up-to-date and more functional for our client. We added a built-in microwave and 30” built-in oven, moved the refrigerator, installed a dishwasher and a 30” cooktop. The cabinetry was replaced with Dura Supreme Crestwood Carson Paint Grade Linen w/ Platinum Glaze White Satin and Atacama 2cm countertops. For their backsplash, they chose Arizona Tile Concerto Cocoa Glossy 2×10. The client chose to install new plumbing, including a Kohler Vault undermount stainless steel 2 bowl sink full divider in stainless, as well as a Kohler Simplice pulldown faucet in stainless. Throughout the downstairs, the customer chose 4 Seasons New Hampshire 9”x60” LVP flooring
Bathroom
Their guest bathroom also went through a full remodel to bring a more transitional style for their guests. The original shower walls were replaced with Dal Marble Attache Lavish Diamond Carrara Polished 12”x24” horizontal tile. We tied the shower walls in with the shower floor and shampoo recess using the same tile in a mosaic pattern with 2”x2” dimensions. They chose a frameless ⅜” clear glass barn door with a single operable panel on the left side, accessorizing with the polished chrome used throughout the remodel. We installed the Toto Drake II 2 piece elongated bowl, chair height toilet with a Tornado Flush in the color “cotton”. Their new Dura Supreme Crestwood Carson Paint Grade Linen White with Platinum Glaze Satin vanity was installed with Philip 767-128SN cabinet handles. The customer picked out the Kohler Caxton 19” undermount oval sink in white. To complete the vanity; the client chose the Atacama 2cm countertop with a 3” backsplash adjacent to the mirror.
Family Room
We first conquered this family room by replacing the original fireplace with the Heat N Glo Cosmo 36 linear direct vent fireplace, including black glass media and an electronic intellifire touch ignition system with a wall switch. By doing this, we were able to mount the TV 12” from the top of the fireplace. Under the windows, we added Dura Supreme Crestwood Carson Maple Cashew Satin cabinets with soft-close doors and Philip 767-128 SN handles.
