This Anthem home had two main bathrooms, which our client wanted updated more to their liking. Both main bathrooms were completely demoed, allowing us to build our clients their ideal spaces.
In their primary main bathroom, the walls of their new wet area were tiled with Floor, and Décor Forum Ivory, and for a pop of color throughout, Floor and Decors GLA Sunrise Brick was used for their accent strip, niches, and vanity backsplash. For a natural feel, they chose Bedrosians Hemisphere Balboa flat pebble for their shower floor. Their new shower enclosure is a custom, 3/8th inch thick glass enclosure equipped with Enduroshield and oil-rubbed bronze hardware. Due to the location of the original tub, some trenching was required for their new Luna Freestanding Vintage Tub. Their new vanity is Central Cabinets Shaker White with a quartz Vivalioro countertop from Pental. Kohler Catalan medicine cabinets were installed along with custom light fixtures and Delta Lahara Venetian Bronze fixtures throughout. The original flooring was replaced with new Arizona Tile Koncrete Bianco throughout their new main bathroom.
Their secondary main bathroom was remodeled to match their primary. Prior to its remodel, this main bathroom had a wall separating the vanity from the toilet room, so to make the space larger, we replaced the wall with a pony wall, leaving minimal separation between the spaces. We replaced the shower and tub combo with a custom, walk-in shower with MSI Veneta Sand Matte tile for the shower walls and Bedrosians Hemisphere Balboa Flat Pebble for their shower floor and to match with their primary bathroom, Floor, and Decors GLA Sunrise Brick was used for the accent strip, niches, and vanity backsplash in this bathroom as well. A custom, 3/8th inch thick glass enclosure was installed, along with Delta Lahara Venetian Bronze shower fixtures. Central Cabinets Shaker White was also used for this vanity, along with a quartz Vivalioro countertop and Delta Lahara Venetian Bronze faucet. Their new LED mirror was installed along with their custom light fixture. The flooring was also updated to Arizona Tile Koncrete Bianco to match their new primary main bathroom.
