This Sun City Anthem guest bathroom was overdue for an update. The existing flooring was left intact, with everything else being demoed. The shower and tub combo was replaced with a large walk-in shower with Bedrosians Infinity Cosmic tile for the walls, unpolished Bedrosians Hemisphere Riverbed for the shower floor, and for their accent strip and niche, they chose Marazzi Crystal Stone II Pewter Strip Mosaic. Pfister Brushed Nickel Arterra shower fixtures were installed along with their custom, 3/8th inch thick glass enclosure. Showplace Concord 275 Maple in their Grey Wash stain was used for their vanity with a new Della Terra Monet countertop and Cairo knobs and handles. For a pop of color, they chose a Turquoise Glass vessel sink with a Pfister Brushed Nickel Kelen vessel faucet. This new guest bath is complete with its custom mirror and light fixture.
