Prior to this remodel, this Green Valley Ranch hall bathroom was outdated. Without changing the floorplan of the space, we demoed the entire space. We installed a 60x30x60 fiberglass apron tub with chrome waste and overflow. Next, we installed Arizona Tile H-Line Cotton 4”x16” tiles in the shower with a matching bullnose and Mapei Avalanche grout. The client decided to keep this tile to match the shampoo recess. For the shower floor, we decided on Arizona Tile Solto White 16”x24” with Mapei Frost grout. We kept the location of the plumbing fixtures the same but were able to install the Pfister Contempra Chrome shower head, tub filler, shower valve, and shower trim to complete the shower/tub phase of the remodel. For the vanity space, we installed JK Cabinetry White Shaker doors. The client provided the marble slab, but we helped them achieve the Miter edge detail that they hoped for. Next, we installed an undermount rectangle sink with a Pfister Contempra Chrome single-handle faucet to match the other plumbing fixtures. We used the Pfister Contempra Chrome toilet paper holder, 24” towel bar, and towel ring to accessorize the space. To finish this remodel, we installed the mirror that the client provided us to finish this space.
