In this beautiful whole home remodel located in the Lake Las Vegas area we redid the primary bathroom suite, kitchen and butlers pantry updates, two hall bathrooms, a powder bathroom, and flooring throughout the entire home.
Demolition started with removing the countertops and backsplash in the kitchen and butlers pantry areas. We also removed the kitchen sink, faucet, RO spout and garbage disposal. We installed new MSI Soapstone Metropolis countertops, accenting it with MSI Arabescato Carrara 2×4 Subway tiles for back splash. We used BedRosains 360 Iron Penny Rounds installed in a radius around the kitchen island to accent our Marazzi Stellar Gray porcelain tiles. We updated the existing cabinets with fresh new stainless steel handles (BP873128-95) and knobs (BP5139632-195). Finishing touches for the island included a brand new Ruvati Terraza 33” Undermount stainless steel sink, a Kholer Crue-Semi Professional faucet, and a Kohler Contemporary Beverage Faucet.
In this spacious primary bathroom we started with removing the existing tiled shower flooring, countertops, sinks, faucets and light fixture. After installing the Schluter Kerdi waterproof system, we used MSI Watercolor Grigio Matte 12×24 installed horizontally at the shower edge, one shower wall and accented with Arizona Tile CS Bianco Venatino Multi Finish 2”x2” hexagon Tiles.
We used a gorgeous Marazzi Steller Gray 12×24 porcelain tile throughout the kitchen, bathrooms and main entry way of the home. In the main entryway we used the same Marazzi Steller Gray as well as a Marazzi Golden Reverie 12×24 porcelain tile laid out in a custom pattern to highlight the clients appreciation for FountaineBleau’s marble bathroom flooring.
In the powder and hall bathrooms we updated finishes with new Toto elongated bowl toilets, Delta Ara stainless single handle faucets, MSI undermounted sinks and new light fixtures.
