Master
In this master bath remodel, every aspect was updated, making it more to our client’s liking. The oversized, outdated apron tub was removed and replaced with a smaller Jacuzzi Linea apron alcove tub giving them more space. Arizona Tile, Bare Glossy White, was used in the shower area and tub surrounds. We matched the shower floor and niches using Bedrosians 360 Charcoal penny rounds for a more cohesive space. The shower is completed with a custom 3/8th inch thick shower enclosure. Central Cabinets Shaker Gray were used for their two-sink vanity with quartz Della Terra Everest for the countertop. Their medicine cabinet was upgraded to a Kohler medicine cabinet, and their mirrors were framed to match their new vanity. All the fixtures throughout this master were upgraded to Delta Ashlyn in matte black, with a custom fixture for their lighting. Their flooring was replaced with Atlantis Premiere First Snow LVT, which we also installed in the master bedroom.
Guest Bath
They brought the same color concept and finishes into their new guest bath, making it a smaller version of their brand-new master. We removed the original shower, tub combo and built them an updated, walk-in shower. For consistency with the master bath, Arizona Tile Glossy White was used for the shower walls and curb, with Bedrosians 360 Charcoal penny rounds on the shower floor and niche. This shower was complete with a custom ΒΌ inch clear glass bypass door, making the space feel larger and more open. Central Cabinets Shaker Gray were also used for the vanity, along with a quartz Della Terra Everest countertop. We installed their custom light fixtures and framed their mirrors to match their new vanity area. Matching matte black Delta Ashlyn fixtures were used throughout this new guest bath. The same flooring, Atlantis Premiere First Snow LVT, was also installed throughout this bathroom.
