Project Description

The kitchen in this Green Valley home was remodeled to bring it up to date and make it a more functional kitchen for our clients. The builder-grade cabinetry was replaced with stacked Showplace Pendleton 275 Hickory Rockport-stained cabinetry and new Della Terra Biano Levanto quartz countertops. For their backsplash, they chose Diamante Brilliance Champagne with Lungarno Cashmere Cube for the accent tile beneath their hood. Additional recessed can lights were installed to give their new kitchen ample lighting. Plumbing was rerouted to their new island, which housed their new stainless-steel apron sink and Kohler Purist faucet.

In their master bathroom, we removed the shower stall and apron tub, allowing us to build them a large walk-in shower with a dry-off area. For their new shower walls, dry-off area walls, and pony wall, they chose MSI Asturia Fuoco Matte 12”x24” tile and Dal Island Stone Sterling Gray Tumbled pebbles for their shower floor. Dal Fonte Heather Harbor Blend Double Leaf mosaic was used for its accent strips and niche. New Kohler Bancroft oiled rubbed bronze shower fixtures were installed along with their Kohler DTV+ interface to control their shower heads and rain shower. The size of their new shower allowed them to go with a custom 3/8th inch thick clear glass panel over their pony wall to the ceiling for their shower enclosure and an Infinity linear drain was installed for maximum drainage. Our client supplied the custom vanity, which was topped with a new Pental Imperio Quartz countertop. Two LED mirrors were installed, along with new under-mount sinks and oil-rubbed bronze Kohler Bancroft faucets.

Their guest bathroom also went through a full remodel to bring it up to date for guests. The original shower walls were removed and replaced with Arizona Tile Tru Marmi Gold Matte 12”x24” tile, which we tiled to the ceiling to help the shower appear larger and for additional waterproofing. MSI Mix River Pebble was used for their shampoo niche and shower floor for their natural feel. They chose a custom 3/8th inch thick stationary panel for their shower enclosure. Their new Showplace Pendleton 275 Hickory Rockport-stained vanity was installed, along with a Pental Imperio quartz countertop and a new under-mount sink. Our clients supplied the custom light fixture, and for their mirror, they chose a Kohler Verdera medicine cabinet.

Their second guest bathroom was remodeled to bring it up to date with the other bathrooms in their home. The wall separating the vanity from the rest of the space was removed, giving us more room to build a new bathroom. Their new shower walls were tiled with Emser Swiss Rhone Polished 12”x 24” tile, which was laid vertically to make the shower appear larger. For a cohesive space, Dal Uptown Glass Posh Sparkler 1” hex tile was used for their shower and bathroom floors and in their shampoo niche. For a pop of color, Arizona Tile Concerto Cocoa Glossy 2”x10” tile was used for their accent strip. Their Vintage Ambassador 60” wide clawfoot tub was installed, along with a Vintage tub wall mount shower faucet and shower head in oil rubbed bronze. For their shower enclosure, they chose a custom 3/8th inch stationary panel with oil-rubbed bronze hardware. To match their other guest bathroom, a matching Showplace Pendleton 275 Hickory Rockport-stained vanity and Pental Argento quartz countertops were installed. For more counter space, they chose to go from a double to single under-mount sink with a Delta Victorian Venetian Bronze widespread faucet. We installed our client’s custom light fixture and installed their new Kohhler Verdera 40”x30” medicine cabinet.
