The master bathroom and guest bathroom of this Green Valley home were remodeled simultaneously to give our clients matching bathrooms.
In their master bathroom, the shower stall and apron tub were removed, allowing us to build them an oversized walk-in shower with a dry-off area. Their new shower walls were tiled with Marazzi Arte MA, and for their shower floor, they went with Bedrosians Malaga Bay pebbles for their natural feel. For a pop of color, Bedrosians Interlude ATACATTO Random Interlocking tiles were chosen for their accent band and shampoo recess. Due to the length of their shower and placement of their new Delta Lahara Stainless Steel shower fixture, they were able to forgo the shower door and do a simple 3/8th inch thick stationary panel. Their existing vanity was modified and refinished to match its existing color. A new Bella Terra Seashell quartz countertop was installed, along with new under-mount sinks and Delta Lahara Stainless Steel faucets. Custom mirrors and light fixtures complete this new master bathroom.
To open up their guest bathroom but still have privacy, they chose to lower the wall separating the toilet and shower from the rest of the bathroom. To match their new master bath shower, Marazzi Arte GD tile was chosen for their new shower walls. For their accent band and shampoo recess, they chose Bedrosians Kismet Meditate Rhomboid Blend tile. New Delta Lahara Stainless Steel shower fixtures were installed, and their existing shower door was re-used. Their existing vanity was updated with a new Della Terra Seashell quartz countertop, new under-mount sinks, and Delta Lahara faucets. The custom light fixture was supplied by our client.
