To brighten up this Summerlin kitchen, the original brown cabinets were replaced with new Showplace EVO Pendleton 275 White II cabinets for the perimeter and Showplace EVO Pendleton 275 Westchester Gray cabinets for their island cabinets. Dal Soapstone was chosen for their perimeter countertops, and Calcutta quartzite for their island countertops. For a pop of color, Arizona Tile Chevron Gray tile was chosen for their new backsplash. Their new island housed their custom warming drawer, Elkay Farmhouse apron sink, matte black Moen Pre-Rinse Pull Down Kitchen Faucet, and custom mixer lift cabinet.
Master Bathroom
To make their master bathroom their own, our clients chose to update the materials throughout, leaving the existing layout as is. The original shower stall was removed, and in its place, we built our clients a large walk-in show. For their shower enclosure, they chose a custom 3/8th inch thick clear glass shower door, along with a custom stationary panel over the tub deck to help the shower appear larger. For a cohesive space, Arizona Tile Themar Venato Gold Matte 12”x24” tiles were used for their shower and tub walls, with MSI HoneyComb 2” Hex Multi-Finish mosaic for their shower floor. For a pop of color, Stone Theory Mirror/Glass stacked mosaic was used for their accent strip, tub, and vanity backsplash. Their new Central Shaker White Shaker vanity and linen cabinet were installed, along with their custom countertop, Kohler Hint Brushed Nickel single-handle faucets and Kohler Caxton under-mount sinks. Our clients supplied their custom mirrors and light fixtures.
