In this Sun City Anthem home, the unused apron bathtub was removed and replaced with a large curbless walk-in shower and custom linen cabinet. The shower walls were tiled with MSI Urban White and Arizona Tile Gioia Aqua for the accent wall. Daltile Uptown Glass Carrara 1” hexagon was used for the shower floor. For their shower enclosure, they chose a custom ADA-accessible frameless shower enclosure with Brushed Stainless hardware. Their shower enclosure was also equipped with Enduroshield shower glass coating. For their vanities, the cabinetry was in great condition, so they chose to update them with Della Terra Quartz Oceana countertops, new under mount sinks, and Delta fixtures in Brilliance Stainless.
