The kitchen and family room of this Green Valley home were remodeled to give our clients a cohesive space large enough to entertain. To build our clients their ideal space, the wall separating the family room from the kitchen was removed, and multiple windows and sliders were relocated, giving us a blank slate to build our clients their ideal kitchen. For their perimeter cabinets, they chose CNC Concord Park Avenue White cabinets and Black Showplace Channing 275 cabinets for their island cabinets. For their new kitchen countertops, they chose Pental Statuario Jumbo quartz countertops with Arizona Tile Bare 3”x 6” for their new backsplash. Their new under-mount 36” stainless steel single bowl sink was installed along with their new Brizo Odin Touch Faucet. In their family room, their fireplace wall was tiled with Arizona Tile Silver Split Stacked Stone to the ceiling, and their new Heat N Glo 48” linear Mezzo fireplace was installed. For a cohesive space, the flooring throughout their new family room and kitchen was upgraded to Marazzi Harmony Pitch 6”x 36” tile.
