This gorgeous Green Valley Ranch master bathroom remodel was completely demoed and renovated for these clients to have the perfect transitional oasis. We removed the existing vanity cabinet, countertop, sinks, faucets, mirror, accessories, and flooring. The client chose LVP Atlantis Seven Seas 9”x60” flooring in the bathroom and water closet.
The customer designed their large shower with Arizona Tile Bare White Glossy 4×16 horizontal tiles along the shower walls and bench. The client requested Arizona Tile Bare Gray Glossy 3×6 horizontal tiles to accent the shampoo recess. We used Mapei Ultracolor FA premium grout in the color #5004 Bahama Beige to create the subway tile effect for the client. To contrast, we helped the client design the shower floor using American Olean Crosswood Entourage Seagull Hex tiles. As linen storage, we added ⅜” clear glass shelves inside the shower. The client chose the Delta Dorval shower valve and shower head in Matte Black to match the hardware in the bathroom.
We installed the Dura Supreme Carson Paint Grade White Satin Finish cabinets. For the base drawer handles and knobs, the client went with Hayworth 885. Finishing the vanity, we installed the Della Terra Tawny 2cm countertop with 4” backsplash and sidesplash. The client went undermount rectangle sinks with Delta Dorvall in Matte Black faucets to match the bathroom accents. To top off the project, we painted the walls with Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray Satin and the soffit walls with Naval Satin.
