We started this Henderson Master Bathroom remodel with removing the existing shower, tub deck, bathtub and flooring around the areas. We reframed and re-waterproofed the areas. We also added additional framing to accommodate a Moen wall mounted foldable wood seat. We added extra backing for two 24” grab bars and an additional 18” grab bar. Building the new shower started with recentering the shower drain, shower valve and shower head. This shower head was also raised to 80” tall. The tub drain was also moved to accommodate a brand new Sanspa Walk in tub.
This shower showcases the MSI porcelain panels in Monteblanc Statuatio with a white Kohler shower pan. We added a brand new Delta Albion Stainless Steel shower valve/trim and shower head which really pulled the whole shower together. This bathroom showcases a fully loaded left side swing Sanspa walk in tub. This tub comes fully loaded with Matte Black fixtures, 14 air jets, 8 water variable jets with a heater, heated back rest and seat, ozone system, aroma therapy, chroma therapy and a 10” tub filler. We also had to add 2 dedicated 20 AMP circuits and 2 GCFI outlets dedicated to the tub. We retiled the area around the shower and tub with MSI’s Penny Rounds – Grigio Mix.
